iMCheck Service Commitments and Eligibility

The commitments below apply to transactions that complete an iMCheck valuation, meet the workflow conditions, and finish shipping or verification within the service validity period. Actual eligibility follows the service screen and transaction terms shown for that specific case.

• 48-Hour Price Lock: Ship or drop off the device using the specified method within 48 hours of the valuation to qualify for the price lock on that quote.
• 100% Free Shipping: For orders following the designated 7-ELEVEN or home pickup workflow, the service provider covers outbound shipping and eligible return shipping.
• Logistics Insurance up to NT$100,000: For orders following the designated shipping workflow, claims are handled according to the carrier coverage scope, incident determination, and claim conditions.
• Legal Origin Verification: Transactions follow a real-name and legal-origin declaration process. Flagged or stolen devices are handled under applicable laws and regulations.
• 3-Minute Workflow and Diagnostics: The 3-minute figure and the 29 diagnostics describe the current designated workflow. Actual completion time varies with the device, network, and on-site verification conditions.
