Applies to the iMCheck App, Notebook Detector laptop diagnostics software, related websites, device diagnostics interfaces, and the valuation, trade-in, and related services provided or arranged by US3C.

This is a reference translation. The Traditional Chinese version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

The 30-Second Plain-English Summary

Short on time? These 4 points say it all
1. US3C Is the Buyer & OperatorBuy · Pay · Support

All iMCheck purchase prices, payouts to you, invoicing, shipping, and custody of the physical device are handled by US3C (優勢科技, Tax ID 54706671), which bears the corresponding legal obligations.

2. SEADRCH Provides the Software OnlyBuild · Publish

SEADRCH (希得趣, Tax ID 55121247) is only commissioned to develop and maintain the App and its diagnostics algorithms. SEADRCH is not the buyer, does not pay you, and never handles your physical phone, and it assumes no liability under the sales contract.

3. Estimates, Not Guaranteed Prices: 48-Hour Price LockFree Return

Online preliminary valuations are for reference only. Once diagnostics are complete, you get 48-hour price-lock protection; after the device arrives, US3C performs a professional re-inspection. If the quote is adjusted due to defects and you disagree, US3C packs and ships the device back free of charge.

4. No Stolen Devices: Unlock Before DeliveryLegal Title

You warrant that you have the legal right to dispose of the device. Before delivery, be sure to sign out of your Apple ID / Google account and disable the activation lock, and back up your data yourself. Cases involving stolen devices or fraud will be referred to the judicial or police authorities as required by law.

💡 Note:The four points above are a plain-language primer on everyday transactions; the full 15-section legal terms below are legally binding.

Important role clarification:

Brand operations, valuations, purchases, payments, logistics, device custody, returns, and consumer services for iMCheck are provided and handled by US3C or the actual transaction party stated on the transaction page. SEADRCH provides the iMCheck App, the Notebook Detector laptop diagnostics software, system operations, and a limited license; it is not the device buyer, valuation guarantor, payer, logistics or custody provider, and does not act as agent for any party in forming transactions. Publication of the App under the SEADRCH developer account does not change the responsibilities above.

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to the iMCheck App, the Notebook Detector laptop diagnostics software, related websites, device diagnostics interfaces, and the valuation, trade-in, and related services provided or arranged by US3C (collectively, the "Service"). When you click to agree, complete phone verification, use features that require consent, submit diagnostics or valuation data, or place an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the iMCheck Privacy Policy.

Where an individual order, campaign, channel, or delivery method has a separate explicit agreement, that agreement prevails; however, this does not affect consumer rights that cannot be waived in advance by law. If you do not agree, do not use the features that require acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility, Data & Phone Verification

  1. You must have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant transactions; minors and persons under guardianship or assistance declarations must have the consent or assistance of a legal representative or other person authorized by law.
  2. The phone number, device data, and any other information required by specific transaction features that you provide must be true, accurate, and complete, and you may not use data belonging to another person. For phone verification by general users, SEADRCH does not ask for your name or email.
  3. iMCheck transmits the phone number and OTP you enter to US3C, and US3C generates, sends, and verifies the OTP. The processing and storage of phone numbers and OTPs follow the iMCheck Privacy Policy.
  4. Keep your OTP, login devices, and query information secure; you may not sell, rent, or transfer them, or provide them to others to circumvent usage restrictions.
  5. Businesses, stores, distributors, or other legal entities may not use general-user accounts to circumvent enterprise licensing, usage-count, term, location, or permission controls.

3. Device Diagnostics & Preliminary Valuation

iMCheck or Notebook Detector generates diagnostics results or preliminary valuations based on the model of the phone or laptop, the operating system, permissions, sensors, hardware information, test results, declared cosmetic condition, and data available at the time. Results may be affected by environment, operation, repairs, part replacements, system limitations, third-party services, or device anomalies, and are for transaction-evaluation reference only; they do not constitute any guarantee that the device is free of defects, genuine, owned, valuable, repairable, resellable, or in any particular future condition.

Preliminary valuations, validity periods, physical re-inspection, price adjustments, order formation, cancellation, and return conditions are governed by the transaction rules displayed by US3C at the time of operation and by the individual order. If the actual condition of the device does not match the declared or diagnostics data, US3C may offer an adjusted price, and you may decide whether to accept it under the applicable rules.

4. Transactions, Delivery, Payment & Logistics

  1. The time of contract formation, transfer of ownership, risk allocation, custody, shipping, cancellation, and returns are governed by the individual order and the content stated on the transaction page.
  2. Purchase payments, invoices, taxes, logistics claims, device loss or damage, returns, and transaction disputes are the responsibility of US3C or the actual transaction party stated on the relevant page.
  3. SEADRCH only provides necessary system records and reasonable technical assistance within the scope of its lawful authorization, and bears no responsibility for transaction prices, payments, logistics, custody, or physical devices.

5. User Representations & Pre-Delivery Duties

  1. Warranty of legal title: You have legal ownership of or the right to dispose of the device you submit, and the device is not stolen property, lost property, fraudulently obtained property, or property subject to the rights of another person.
  2. Data backup & unlocking before delivery: Before delivery, back up necessary data yourself, sign out of accounts, disable activation locks (Apple ID / Google account / firmware passwords) or device management, and remove the SIM card, memory card, and accessories as instructed.
  3. Duty of truthful disclosure: You must truthfully disclose repairs, modifications, part replacements, water damage, locks, account bindings, and functional abnormalities, along with anything else that could affect diagnostics, valuation, the transaction, or safety.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using the Service:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, cracking, intercepting, or scanning unauthorized interfaces;
  • Circumventing license, permission, security, usage-count, term, location, or other technical restrictions;
  • Distributing malware, running mass automated queries, disrupting the Service, or accessing data without authorization;
  • Impersonating others, providing false data or devices, or using the Service for fraud or unlawful activity;
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, trade secrets, personal data, or third-party rights;
  • Without written authorization, using the Service, its diagnostics logic, or output data to develop, train, test, validate, or promote competing products.

7. Software License & Intellectual Property

During the period you comply with these Terms, SEADRCH or the relevant rights holders grant general users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and legally terminable right of use, solely to use the consumer edition of iMCheck or expressly provided Notebook Detector features on supported devices and to receive US3C services. Business, store, or commercial users must separately use the software within the scope of the written authorization, accounts, and licenses issued by SEADRCH.

The software, code, architecture, algorithms, models, interfaces, database structures, diagnostics logic, APIs, technical documentation, and their updates or improvements are owned by SEADRCH or its licensors. The iMCheck name, trademarks, and brand assets belong to their lawful rights holders. Except as expressly licensed, you acquire no source code, commercial use rights, or other intellectual property rights.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to Apple, Google, cloud, SMS/OTP, push notification, map, logistics, payment, or other third-party services. The availability, data handling, and terms of third-party services are determined by their providers; to the extent permitted by law, no party is liable for impacts caused by third-party interruptions or policy changes not attributable to US3C or SEADRCH.

9. Data Erasure

If an individual transaction includes data erasure, the actual performing entity, software version, applicable devices, method, standard, and report are as stated in the order or the erasure report. Absent verifiable evidence, no absolute guarantee such as "all data can never be recovered" is made. Erasing device data does not require transaction, accounting, audit, or system records to be deleted at the same time.

10. Suspension, Restrictions & Termination

In cases of unauthorized use, fraud, security risk, unlawful instructions, infringement, system interference, or potential material harm, US3C may suspend accounts or transactions; SEADRCH may suspend affected technical access, APIs, accounts, features, or versions to protect systems, licenses, app-store eligibility, or data security. Where notice or an opportunity to cure or appeal is required by law, it will be provided accordingly.

11. Service Changes & Interruptions

US3C may adjust its services due to laws and regulations, transaction processes, or service needs; SEADRCH may adjust its technology due to maintenance, security, vulnerabilities, operating-system, app-store, or third-party policies. Material adverse changes will be notified via the App, the website, or other reasonable means; where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained separately.

Where delay or interruption is caused by natural disasters, war, government measures, telecom or cloud outages, third-party attacks, app-store or operating-system policy changes, user device issues, or other non-attributable causes, the relevant party is not liable for delay to the extent permitted by law.

12. Allocation of Liability

  1. Transactions, valuations, payments, logistics, custody, returns, invoices, and consumer services are the responsibility of US3C or the actual transaction party stated on the individual transaction page.
  2. SEADRCH is only responsible for the software technology within its control and for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. App publication, website hosting, or technical assistance shall not be construed as SEADRCH assuming the operational or transactional obligations of US3C.
  3. No disclaimer or limitation of liability applies to liabilities that cannot be excluded in advance by law, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, nor does it limit statutory consumer rights.

13. Personal Data & Consent Records

The processing of personal data and the exercise of related rights follow the iMCheck Privacy Policy. To evidence the content of consent and maintain licensing and security, the system may, as permitted by law, retain the Terms version, consent timestamp, App version, and necessary technical records, but OTPs must not be stored in consent records.

14. Versions & Amendments

These Terms are published with a fixed version number and effective date, and prior versions are reasonably archived. Material amendments will be notified before taking effect via the App, the website, or other reasonable means; where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained separately. New versions do not retroactively alter the substantive rights and obligations of transactions already formed. Hosting of this page on a SEADRCH domain does not change the roles and responsibilities of US3C and SEADRCH.

This document is fixed version v1.1 of the iMCheck User Terms of Service; its URL cannot be overwritten. Subsequent amendments will be published separately under new version numbers, and prior versions will be retained and archived.
